Can't open the app for almost 2 months... I've entered in contact with us, but nothing has changed! Do you really care about the costumer? After de 1.0.23 still not working.

I have to unistall and install everytime I go to gym, it's ridiculous, keeps crashing...now not even when installing it again, keeps getting worse...

I installed this app on Samsung S23 Ultra. It only opened once and it told me that the Vivagym app was installed on another device (which it is not) and so it can not be opened on this device. But all other times, it just crashes with no message after entering my credentials. UPDATE: I took my phone into the gym and they updated my account so that the app would function on my phone. This time it opened and worked with no further problems.
